So I might actually live again, in a sort of zombie incarnation form on this account. Sheezyart is just FLOODED with plain terrible art now. Sloppily meshed together smutty fanfics, fanart of whatever happens to be most popular at the time (aka cloneart), myspace pictures people consider to be art (THERE'S ALREADY A MYSPACE WITHOUT HAVING TO CONVERT ART SITES INTO IT, TOO, YOU EMO SKANKS), and just plain STOLEN COPYRIGHT IMAGES. I'm fucking sick of it, there is no thought put into the so-called "art" there, no point, no message, and it's completely destroying any warm feelings I have towards humanity. Why the fuck would you degrade art in such a way as to strip it of its purpose-- to invoke thought, emotion (well it does piss me off, but that doesn't count), and inspiration to show greater things to the world and contribute to its culture.

So ahem, anyway. I'm going to hang around here since this website seems to have more of an abundance of quality art along with the spammers, and I guess more people whose art I truly admire. I still kinda don't trust dA, so I'm not gonna really upload all that much. Only stuff that I don't quite like the way it turned out, but still put effort into. I don't care if that gets eaten by dA. This may be sort of hypocritical as to what I said about Sheezyart's content, but trust me, this is slightly different.

THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH SHEEZYART. Well, yeah there is. But it's mostly the fault of the more brainless users, the ones who sell themselves as soon as they join to a popularity contest in a place where it simply does not work that way. Not EVERYONE is going to be your fan, especially if you suck or do not upload a goddamn thing of your own.

My art hasn't been stolen personally (that I know of). So it's not really about me.
